Free Westgate SuperContest Picks Week 13
We had 2 winners in the bag on Thanksgiving and felt confident going into the Sunday games. We had a nice win with Tennessee and were surprised to see the Seattle fall to Tampa Bay. We had a chance at a 4-1 week with the Monday night game but Aaron Rodgers looked like the Aaron Rodgers from a couple years ago and took apart the Philadelphia defense.
Here are the rest of our results from Week 11:
Washington +7 over Dallas – Win
Pittsburgh -8 over Indianapolis – Win
Tennessee -4.5 over Chicago – Win
Seattle -6 over Tampa Bay – Loss
Philadelphia -4 over Green Bay – Loss

Now onto our Week 13 Super Contest Selections using the current posted Westgate SuperContest spread:
Atlanta -4 over Kansas City Kansas City defense has been giving up a lot of yardage between the 20’s and stiffening inside the red zone. Atlanta has too many explosive offensive playmakers and scores touchdowns when given the opportunity. Kansas City will fall behind early and fall off script. Expect a big win from Atlanta.
San Francisco +1 over Chicago Chicago QB Matt Barkley didn’t look incompetent last week vs a Titans team that clearly took the Bears lightly. San Francisco QB Colin Kaepernick has allowed SF to stretch the field with his arm strength and RB Carlos Hyde’s return to the lineup will keep the Bears defense honest. SF gets a road win.
New England -13 over Los Angeles Laying double digit points is always a risky play however the Rams are travelling across country with a rookie QB. I would be surprised if the Los Angeles gets in the end zone. Patriots win easy.
NY Giants +6.5 over Pittsburgh Surprised the Steelers are laying this many points vs an 8-3 NY Giants team. The Giants have been playing sound defense and efficient on offense. Pittsburgh has had it easy the past couple of weeks and will find the Giants to be much tougher competition.
Detroit +6 over New Orleans This is another spread that caught are attention with the Saints giving 6 to the 1st place Lions. The Lions have a underrated defense that admittedly will give up some points to the Saints Superdome offense. However the same can be said for the Saints D as they try to stop Matthew Stafford and his array of receiving weapons. Take the lions and the points in this shootout
