Many NFL Confidence Pool players are tempted to pick a lot of upsets. Sure, upsets happen every week in the NFL. But you have to use upset picks sparingly in these types of Confidence Pools. Analysis: I am going mostly chalk this week but I do think the Browns have a chance to get their first win of the season off the bye and at home against the terrible Bengals. I also think Atlanta will bounce back strong after a heartbreaker against the Chiefs last week and expect that same Kansas City team to take care of business at home against the Raiders.

Analysis: Took a bad beat on the high-scoring Atlanta Falcons last week but am going back to the well as they should have no trouble handling the limited Los Angeles Rams. The Rams do have a strong defense, but it will not be enough to stop all the Atlanta offensive weapons. On the upset side do not be afraid to take a chance with the Baltimore Ravens and the New York Giants. These teams traditionally play each other very close and have just enough to get the upset.
