Miami +9 over New England

Really like the way the Dolphins have been playing even though their recent competition hasn’t been of the quality of the Patriots. But I think they will keep this game close, so I really like any spread over a touchdown as that is what I had this game handicapped at. Miami has new life after getting rid of their old coach, Joe Philbin, at the bye a couple weeks ago. They have been on fire every since. I think this team is a wild-card contender, and this game is crucial in that quest. New England is coming off a big game of their own against the Jets last week, and I think this is a letdown spot. Atlanta -7 over Tampa Bay (BetUS)

Tampa Bay has been playing better, no doubt about it. But I think they are in a tough spot here on Sunday. They are coming off a crushing defeat against the Redskins in a game they were ahead by a mile. That is a hard pill to swallow for a young team like this. They should be lacking in confidence in this game against a team that can do a lot of damage. The favorite in this series is on a 4-0 against the spread run, and the home team has covered in six of the last eight meetings. Those trends hold true on Sunday.

2-Unit Straight Bet

New Orleans -3 over New York Giants

Also love the way the Saints have been playing. Drew Brees and the passing game are coming along and the running game has broken out as well. They have rushed for more than 250 yards in the last two games. They should have no problem putting up points on this weak New York defense. The home team has covered in six of the last seven meetings in this series, and I feel that will be the case again here on Sunday.

1-Unit Straight Bet

Cleveland +7 over Arizona (5Dimes)

I love the Browns as an underdog, and now that Josh McCown has been upgraded to probable this play is a go. Cleveland comes to play every week, and that game last week was closer than the final score indicated. Arizona is on a 1-3 ATS slide, and they enter this one on a short week. The public is huge on the Cards here, and I like to be on the same side as the sportsbooks. I think this one will be similar to the Browns game against Denver here a couple weeks ago in a game the Browns played very hard in but fell just short at the end.

1-Unit Straight Bet

Oakland +3 over New York Jets

Really like the home underdog here. New York is coming off a really tough game last week against their biggest rival where they fell just short. The Raiders barely broke a sweat in beating San Diego on the road. The Raiders are still underrated by the oddsmakers, and I think they win this game straight up.
